15-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Qubits® Toy product, you can return it within 15 days of receipt.

  • Return Conditions: Returns are accepted when sent within 15 days from the date of receipt. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Contact us at info@QubitsToy.com to let us know its coming.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow for a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
